Previous retail experience\u00a0was gained\u00a0during the time working in London for an international practice\u00a0and has\u00a0included many large scale developments for national retailers.\u00a0 The following projects provide a cross-section of the extensive experience that has been gained.<\/p>\n

Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre, London – Concept Sketches\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Initial concept\u00a0development was completed and these sketches were prepared for initial meetings with Planners.\u00a0 Traditional stone detailing inspired the design of the shopfronts to fit in well with the surrounding Conservation Area.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Concept Proposals for a Number of Centres<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Use of 3d models, sketches and plans during feasibility aids developers to market units to potential retailers.\u00a0 Images below are from presentations for centres in Leicester, Blackburn, and Barcelona.<\/p>\n

Design of all mall interiors to provide light comfortable spaces in new addition and co-ordination of fit-outs with national retailers.<\/p>\n

Concept Design, Planning, Detail Design, and Tender for this 2 Phase Scheme and novated to the main contractor for a design and build contract.<\/p>\n
