A planning application is currently being considered for a new, 14 flat building on Silvermere Road, Sheldon, East Birmingham.  Once a site with two dwellings, it has remained empty since their demolition for a number of years before this application was submitted.  Following the adoption of the Birmingham Development Plan the applicant site was identified by the Local Authority as having potential to contribute to Birmingham\u2019s overall housing need.<\/p>\n

It is anticipated that this application will be heard at a committee meeting later on this year.<\/p>\n
