Previous Retail Experience
Previous retail experience was gained during the time working in London for an international practice and has included many large scale developments for national retailers. The following projects provide a cross-section of the extensive experience that has been gained.
Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre, London – Concept Sketches
Initial concept development was completed and these sketches were prepared for initial meetings with Planners. Traditional stone detailing inspired the design of the shopfronts to fit in well with the surrounding Conservation Area.
Concept Proposals for a Number of Centres
Use of 3d models, sketches and plans during feasibility aids developers to market units to potential retailers. Images below are from presentations for centres in Leicester, Blackburn, and Barcelona.
Blackburn Shopping Centre
Design of all mall interiors to provide light comfortable spaces in new addition and co-ordination of fit-outs with national retailers.
Bromley Shopping Centre
Concept Design, Planning, Detail Design, and Tender for this 2 Phase Scheme and novated to the main contractor for a design and build contract.
